2024 Trophées Le Chef
On 23 September, the 38th edition of the Trophées Le Chef was held at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris, an election in which key players in French gastronomy are acclaimed by their peers.
A not-to-be-missed event on the French culinary scene, this ceremony singles out the year’s most outstanding talents.
Among the chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers and restaurant managers honored, the 2024 awards named Jérôme Banctel “Chef de l’Année® ” for Le Gabriel, the signature restaurant of La Réserve Paris.
This is yet another accolade from the entire profession for the Michelin three-starred chef, the distinction having been awarded after votes cast by all chefs listed in the famous “red book” gourmet guide.
