La Réserve Paris unveils La Véranda, a culinary showcase conceptualized by Michelin three-starred chef Jérôme Banctel. The palace hotel’s patio is transformed for the winter to reveal a pop-up dining concept nestled in a veranda, and celebrating the treasures of the sea.
For this new culinary chapter, chef Jérôme Banctel proposes a maritime-themed concept, paying tribute to his roots in Brittany and evolving in step with the fishing season.
A sociable menu, dishes to be freely savored according to personal taste and in a spirit of simplicity. Each dish features authentic produce, impeccable cooking and carefully selected condiments – all of which can be accompanied by a fine selection of wines by the glass.
